Airbnb Cleaning
The MessKiller Standard
At MessKiller, we understand that your Airbnb is your business card.
A guest forms their first impression of a property within seconds. Our goal is to make sure that impression is always positive: fresh, spotless, and ready to welcome them.
That’s why we follow a clear and consistent cleaning process, guaranteeing the same high standard every time – no matter the season, time of day, or occupancy rate.
You can rest assured that every guest changeover runs smoothly, and we leave the property in a “perfect ready” state.
1. Quick Inspection & Preparation
We open curtains and windows to let in fresh air. A short inspection follows, noting any issues or repairs needed. This way, we can update you before the guest notices.
2. Clearing and preparation
All bins are emptied, dishes collected, and dirty bedding and towels removed. These are bagged separately for hygienic and efficient handling.
3. A kitchen ready to cook in
Worktops, tables, cupboard fronts, fridge, oven, and sink are cleaned and disinfected. Grease, food residue, and burnt-on stains are removed so the kitchen is spotless and guest-ready.
4. A hotel-standard bathroom
Limescale, water stains, and soap scum are completely removed. Toilets, showers, and sinks are cleaned with professional products. Mirrors and fittings are polished to a gleaming finish. Hygiene and freshness come first.
5. Living areas and bedrooms with attention to
details
Dust is removed from top to bottom. Floors, rugs, and upholstery are vacuumed, then floors mopped. Decorative items, cushions, and throws are arranged to create a fresh, inviting look.
6. Fresh bedding details
a new bedding set is fitted and the bed neatly prepared so your guest can relax immediately in a clean and comfortable space.
7. Final quality check
Before leaving, we check lighting, locks, and appliances. The right temperature is set, a subtle fresh scent is left in the air, and we take documentation photos to send to you.
